About the Event
This short and precise 4-week course, conducted for an hour each week, kickstarts the journey to cultivate mindful living. The course teaches authentic and secular Mindfulness practices. It includes some of the core mindfulness and allied practices, light stretching/movements, group dialogues, discussions and home experiments.Â
Mindfulness has a tremendous effect in promoting wellbeing and reducing stress, anxiety and other life challenges. Modern research has found that by practicing Mindfulness one can move away from negative thoughts about the past and the future, and remain positive in the present moment.
