Since the 1980’s, research on Mindfulness practitioners show that the practice of Mindfulness can have a significant impact on reducing stress and anxiety, be it in our lives or workplaces with the daily changes and challenges to navigate through. Mindfulness allows one to notice the triggers of stress and anxiety; and its symptoms early and find mechanisms to reduce it.
The talk will cover simple mindfulness practices that will reduce stress and anxiety and also how one can approach mindfulness as a sustained phenomenon in their lives and work.
