About the Event
Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) is a hybrid of Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based-Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), integrated with the intentions of Positive Psychology. The eight week one-on-one online coaching sessions would help you to improve wellbeing, be happy, reduce stress and anxiety, and deal with other life challenges. Countless participants have reported being happier and felt less judgmental and critical of themselves and consequently to others.
The sessions would teach authentic and secular Mindfulness practices with the intentions of Positive Psychology. In keeping with the first generation of evidence-based Mindfulness programs it includes the core mindfulness meditation practices, light stretching/movements, interactive dialogues and home experiments. The workshop consists of 8 x 1.5 hour online sessions with a certified mindfulness teacher (CMT-P) that would help integrate mindfulness into your life.
