The Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) program, established in 2015, represents a significant evolution in mindfulness-based interventions by uniquely combining the principles of Mindfulness and Positive Psychology 2.0. As an appreciative Mindfulness-Based Program (MBP), MBWE is designed to enhance overall wellbeing and happiness for a wide demographic, including healthy individuals and those with clinical challenges.

This 9-session program, conducted over 8 weeks, facilitates a comprehensive understanding of the happiness paradigm.
